About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to own and improve our organic search presence. You will be responsible for technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, content strategy alignment, and link building to drive qualified organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.

UMVA operates across multiple content verticals — web hosting, domains, SMS/WhatsApp API, virtual cards, licensing, SEO tools, and more. You'll have a wide landscape of high-value keywords to target.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) and create action plans
  • Perform keyword research to identify high-opportunity terms across all service verticals
  • Optimize existing pages for target keywords (meta tags, headers, internal linking, content gaps)
  • Develop and execute link building strategies (guest posts, digital PR, broken link building, resource pages)
  • Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, crawl errors, and Core Web Vitals
  • Collaborate with content team to align blog and landing page topics with SEO goals
  • Stay current with Google algorithm updates and SEO industry best practices
  • Use SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4)
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data)
  • Experience with link building and outreach
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Analytical with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent written communication for content optimization and outreach
  • Case studies or portfolio demonstrating SEO wins
