- Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, purchase history, and engagement
- Write compelling subject lines, preview text, and email body copy that drives opens and clicks
- Design and test email templates (HTML/CSS knowledge preferred)
- Monitor deliverability — manage bounce rates, spam complaints, and sender reputation
- Conduct A/B testing on send times, subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Report on KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per email, list growth rate
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Proficiency with email service providers (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Experience building automation workflows and audience segments
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion
- Basic HTML/CSS for email template editing
- Knowledge of email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with data and reporting dashboards

- Remote work with flexible schedule
- Full-time or freelance options
- Access to premium email marketing tools
- Data-driven culture — your impact is measurable
