Managing subscriptions linked to your UMVA virtual card is simple and straightforward. You have full control over recurring payments from your account dashboard.
Managing Active Subscriptions
To manage subscriptions linked to your virtual card, log in to your account dashboard. You can view all active subscriptions, their billing amounts, and next payment dates. From there, you can unbind your card from any subscription or cancel recurring payments.
Freezing or Blocking a Card
If you need to stop all recurring payments immediately, you can freeze or block your card from your dashboard. A frozen card will decline all transactions, including subscription renewals. You can unfreeze it anytime.
Replacing a Card with Active Subscriptions
If you replace your card (e.g., due to loss or compromise), existing subscriptions tied to the old card will not automatically transfer. You will need to update your payment method with each service provider using the new card details.
