Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity and security of our platform, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
System Exploitation
Exploiting system loopholes or attempting to gain free usage is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to server subscriptions, zero-dollar authorizations, or mass card activations without actual consumption. Such activities are monitored and will result in immediate action.
Fraudulent Activity
Any form of fraudulent activity, including identity theft, payment fraud, or using stolen funds to load cards, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity will be terminated and reported to relevant authorities.
Prohibited Merchant Categories
Usage of UMVA Card for certain merchant categories is strictly prohibited. This includes gambling, adult content, illegal substances, weapons, and any other activities that violate applicable laws or our terms of service.
Monitoring & Enforcement
All card transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Our automated systems and compliance team review transactions to detect and prevent prohibited activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
