In a development that could close a four-year legal saga, a former adult‑content creator has reached a plea agreement in a murder case involving her former partner.
The 30‑year‑old was charged with second‑degree murder after a 27‑year‑old man was found with a three‑inch stab wound to the shoulder in a Miami apartment. First responders arrived to discover the victim bleeding heavily and the accused covered in the victim’s blood. He died shortly after being transported to a hospital.
During the initial investigation, police determined the death resulted from a domestic dispute. The defendant claimed she threw the knife from about ten feet away in self‑defence after being shoved and strangled by the victim.
She has now agreed to plead guilty, a decision that will be entered into court on August 10. The terms of the agreement are pending judge approval, and no trial is expected to proceed.
Earlier court hearings described the couple’s relationship as “tempestuous and combative,” with reports that friends observed both parties engaging in physical altercations. The victim’s family has disputed the defendant’s claim of self‑defence, asserting that she was the violent party.

A fundraising page for the victim raised more than sixty thousand dollars, citing his compassionate nature and celebrating his life. The page noted he had died a week before his 28th birthday.
After the plea, the defendant is expected to be sentenced immediately. Her prior four years in custody will not be released pending the outcome of the sentencing hearing.
