An illegal alien, who entered the US in 2022, has been charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting the child. According to court records, the suspect, whose name has not been released, grabbed the girl as she was riding her bicycle, shoved her into a car, and committed the assault.
The victim, who suffers from severe and profound intellectual disabilities, was reportedly left shaken by the incident. Records reviewed by authorities reveal the extent of the child's disabilities.
