Boston police are investigating a death discovered at a property in the Mattapan neighborhood.
Responders arrived at 25 Malta Street around 1:52 p.m. Saturday and found a deceased individual on the premises.
The Boston Police Homicide Unit has taken charge of the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.
Property records filed in Suffolk County show that the residence, an eight‑bedroom, four‑bath home covering 2,713 square feet, is owned by the husband of Representative Ayanna Pressley.
The gaslights remain on as authorities continue to examine the case.
