Google has announced a suite of tools to support brands in their creator campaigns, aiming to boost their success on the platform. The company has partnered with various agencies, including media influencers, to provide expert support and guidance to brands. This partnership will help brands plan and execute their creator campaigns from start to finish, ensuring a successful and seamless experience.
After producing video assets, brands can supercharge their content through Creator Partnership Boost, a tool that turns authentic creator content into high-performing ads. This feature allows brands to run native ads through the creator's channel, making the partnership even more powerful. Additionally, creators can tag products on their videos through the YouTube Shopping Affiliate Program, earning commissions on every sale.
In Southeast Asia, over 50% of eligible creators enrolled in the program have tagged six million videos with affiliate products. This feature has been successful in driving sales and revenue for creators and brands alike. Meanwhile, brands with storefronts on e-commerce platforms can connect viewers from a YouTube ad directly to checkout using the Commerce Media Suite tool.
Ms. Palacios, a Google executive, emphasized the unique combination of reach, attention, intent, trust, and Google AI that makes YouTube a powerful platform for brands. She noted that YouTube delivers results that truly matter for brands, citing the platform's ability to drive twice the return on investment (ROI) compared to linear TV.
Ms. Palacios also highlighted the growing importance of YouTube in the digital landscape, where people are watching, discovering, trusting, deciding, and buying in more fluid ways than ever. She encouraged brands to take advantage of this opportunity by building their brand and driving performance on a single platform, rather than simply adding YouTube to their media plan.
One successful example of this approach is GCash, which won the Best of the Philippines award at the YouTube Works Awards 2026 for its GLoan with Free Health Insurance: Loan Song Syndrome campaign. Google and YouTube helped GCash grow its daily user base by 14.5% and increase daily loan disbursements by 36.7% compared to the previous quarter. Search lift for free health insurance also rose by 684%.
