However, on July 16, around 8:50 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at a home on Thorold Stone Rd., near Dorchester Rd. in Niagara Falls. A mortally wounded Mitchell Snoddon, a 35-year-old tattoo artist, succumbed to his injuries later in hospital. Detectives have labeled the shooting as targeted, and since the gun used has not been recovered, MacNeal and her boyfriend, Maroof Bangi, 23, are considered armed and dangerous.
The motive behind the shooting may have been a dispute over a significant amount of money, approximately $4,000, although it is unclear who owed whom. Police have identified MacNeal and Bangi as the alleged killers and are urging them to turn themselves in to face charges of second-degree murder.
MacNeal and Bangi are now on the run, and their whereabouts are unknown. Cops believe they may have altered their appearance, particularly with facial hair, haircut, or color of their coiffe, making it difficult to identify them.
