On Monday, 13 July, the family of Hannah Fry, 29, confirmed her sudden death. The parents, Kevin and Sarah Harcup, expressed profound grief. They described Hannah as their beloved daughter and the light of their lives.
Hannah was a devoted mother to her two daughters. She was also a cherished daughter, granddaughter, sister, and a loyal friend to many. Her loss has left a deep void.
The family highlighted Hannah’s vibrant personality—funny, bubbly, witty, and full of life. They praised her extraordinary capacity for love, kindness, compassion, and loyalty. They said she was truly one of a kind.

Her middle name, Eidann, means “Gift from God,” and the parents reflected that she was the greatest gift they could have received.
Authorities are treating the death as unexplained, and investigations into the circumstances are ongoing.
A police spokesman said that a mandatory referral has been made to an independent oversight body, and no further comment will be provided at this time.
The spokesman urged the public to respect the family’s privacy and refrain from speculation that could cause additional distress.
