A 22-year-old social media influencer and model died in a fatal car crash on a New Jersey freeway Sunday night, along with another passenger.
The victims were identified as Ayzia J. Toledo, a Philadelphia-area resident known for her modeling and lifestyle content, and Henrietta F. Carter, also 22, from Darby, Pennsylvania.
Toledo was driving a BMW with two additional passengers when the vehicle lost directional control, veered off the left side of the roadway, overturned and struck a tree in Deptford Township, about 12 miles south of Philadelphia.
Both Toledo and Carter sustained fatal injuries. A third passenger seated in the rear escaped with minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital.
The crash remains under investigation by state authorities.
Toledo had built a sizable online presence, amassing over 300,000 followers across major platforms, where she regularly posted content about beauty, fashion and her daily life in the Philadelphia region.
Her death occurred on the same day a 21-year-old content creator, Brianna Johnson, was killed in a drive‑by shooting while riding in a Lamborghini SUV in Miramar, Florida.
