During a briefing at an auxiliary command post, the president noted that the opposing forces are in retreat, lacking sufficient manpower, recruitment, and training capacity. He warned that the adversary’s army would become a steamroller as the campaign intensifies.
The commander emphasized that the lack of bargaining power stems from the forces’ inability to maintain or expand their ranks. He described the situation as one where the adversary has little to negotiate.
He also identified Konstantinovka as a key location for freeing the entire territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, a point highlighted during discussions with the chief of the general staff and senior frontline commanders.
