Nancy Guthrie Search Unfolds with Arrests, Bizarre Incidents

A true-crime YouTuber has been accused of setting up a roadside livestream setup near the search scene for missing person Nancy Guthrie, complete with traffic cones, a tripod, and an alleged "pee tent". This incident is part of a larger issue, as the investigation into Guthrie's disappearance has drawn a crowd of online sleuths, streamers, and true-crime personalities to the area.

The FBI has stated that Guthrie was last seen at her residence in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood of Tucson on the evening of January 31, 2026. The missing-person investigation has been ongoing, with law enforcement encountering livestreamers near the search scene. Three men have been cited or charged with misdemeanor cases related to their activities near the search area.

One of the most detailed allegations involves Alexander Zabel Jr., also known as CriminalNetwork, who was charged with obstructing a public thoroughfare and public nuisance. According to a citation and misdemeanor probable-cause statement, Zabel intentionally placed traffic cones in the road next to his personal belongings and used a tripod to livestream. He also allegedly set up a "pee tent" on the road, creating an unpleasant environment for surrounding neighbors.

Zabel was cited for two misdemeanor counts and pleaded not guilty to both. He has a show-cause hearing scheduled for July 21. Another streamer, Troy Lewis Bradshaw, was cited for allegedly obstructing a public thoroughfare on June 4. He was charged with "obstructing a public thoroughfare" and pleaded not guilty, with a fine or civil sanction listed at $282.

A third case involved Damian Todd Enderle, who was cited on June 8 for public nuisance. However, the charge was dismissed after the state moved to drop it. The investigation into Guthrie's disappearance is ongoing, with the bureau's Phoenix field office and the Pima County Sheriff's Department continuing to ask the public for digital information that could help locate her.

Anyone with information can contact the Pima County Sheriff's Department or submit digital photos, video, or doorbell-camera footage to aid in the investigation. The public's assistance is crucial in helping to locate Guthrie and bring closure to the case.
