Bank Transfers & Direct Deposits

Traditional payment methods for customers who prefer standard banking channels

How It Works
  1. Select "Bank Transfer" as your payment method during checkout.
  2. You will receive our bank account details — including account number, routing number, and bank name — on the payment confirmation page and via email.
  3. Initiate a wire transfer, ACH transfer, or direct deposit from your bank account using the provided details.
  4. Include your unique transaction reference or invoice number in the transfer memo so we can match your payment.
  5. Once the funds are received and cleared (typically 1–3 business days), your domain will be activated and you will receive a confirmation email.
Important Notes
  • Processing Time:
Domestic transfers typically clear within 1–2 business days. International wire transfers may take 2–5 business days depending on the originating country and intermediary banks.
  • Payment Reference:
Always include your invoice number or transaction reference in the transfer memo. Payments without a reference may experience delays in processing.
  • Currency:
Bank transfers are accepted in USD. Payments in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees charged by intermediary banks are the responsibility of the sender.
  • Minimum Transfer:
A minimum transfer amount of $10 USD applies for bank transfer payments. There is no maximum limit.
Bank Transfer Tips

For fastest processing, we recommend using domestic ACH transfers or wire transfers within the same currency zone. International customers may find cryptocurrency payments more convenient due to faster settlement times and lower fees. If you need our banking details before placing an order, please contact our support team.

Currency Support

Pricing and payments in the currencies that work for you

Display & Billing Currencies

All domain pricing on UMVA is displayed in US Dollars (USD). Depending on your payment method, you may be able to pay in other currencies:

  • USD (US Dollar): Primary billing currency for all domain services.
  • EUR (Euro): Available for credit/debit card payments — converted at your bank's exchange rate.
  • GBP (British Pound): Available for credit/debit card payments.
  • USDT/USDC: Paid in stable coins at 1:1 USD value.
  • BTC/ETH: Converted to USD at the current market rate at the time of payment.
Currency Conversion

When paying with a non-USD payment method, the following applies:

  • Credit/debit cards: Conversion is handled by your card issuer or bank at their exchange rate. UMVA charges no additional conversion fee.
  • Cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH): Conversion to USD occurs at the time of transaction using the current market rate from our price feed.
  • Stable coins (USDT/USDC): Valued at 1:1 with USD — no conversion required.
  • Bank transfers: International wire transfers may incur intermediary bank fees. Please check with your bank before sending.

All conversion rates are determined at the time of transaction. Cryptocurrency rates are locked for 15 minutes to allow for payment completion.

Security of Payment

Your financial data and transactions are protected at every step

End-to-End Encryption

All payment information is transmitted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Your card details never touch our servers — they are processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment partners.

PCI Compliance

Our payment processing infrastructure is fully PCI DSS compliant. We adhere to the highest industry standards for handling, processing, and storing payment data.

No Hidden Fees

What you see is what you pay. We do not add any surcharges, processing fees, or hidden costs to your domain purchases. The price listed at checkout is the final price.

Fraud Protection

We employ advanced fraud detection systems, 3D Secure authentication for card payments, and blockchain confirmation checks for cryptocurrency transactions to prevent unauthorized payments.

Our Commitment to You

We never store your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. All sensitive payment data is tokenized and handled by our PCI-compliant payment gateway partners. For cryptocurrency payments, we generate unique wallet addresses for each transaction, ensuring your privacy and security. If you ever notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions About Payments

Everything you need to know about paying for your domain services

Domain name registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once completed, in accordance with ICANN guidelines. However, if you cancel your domain registration within the first 5 days of the initial registration period, you may be eligible for a refund minus any applicable fees. Add-on services (such as privacy protection, SSL certificates, or email hosting) may be refundable on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase. For full details, please review our Refund Policy or contact our support team.

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are processed in USD equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of refund, minus any network fees incurred.

All domain prices on UMVA are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay with a credit or debit card issued in a different currency, your card issuer or bank will handle the currency conversion at their exchange rate. UMVA does not charge any additional currency conversion fees. For cryptocurrency payments (BTC/ETH), the conversion to USD is performed at the current market rate at the time of the transaction using our real-time price feed. Stable coins (USDT/USDC) are always valued at 1:1 with USD.

Cryptocurrency exchange rates are locked for 15 minutes from the time the payment is initiated to protect against market volatility.

Processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Instant — your domain is activated immediately after successful payment.
  • Cryptocurrency (Stable Coins): Typically 1–3 minutes after network confirmation (TRC-20 and BEP-20 are fastest).
  • Cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH): 5–60 minutes depending on network congestion and required confirmations.
  • Bank Transfer (Domestic): 1–2 business days after funds are received and cleared.
  • Bank Transfer (International): 2–5 business days depending on intermediary banks and originating country.
  • User Balance: Instant — funds are deducted immediately from your User Balance.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment is processed and your domain is activated. For bank transfers, please allow additional processing time for weekends and public holidays.

Currently, UMVA does not support splitting a single transaction across multiple payment methods. Each order must be paid in full using one payment method. However, if your User Balance does not have sufficient funds to cover the full amount, you can first top up your wallet using any payment method (card, crypto, or bank transfer), and then use the User Balance to complete the purchase.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. We generate a unique wallet address for each transaction to ensure accurate and secure processing. It is your responsibility to verify the wallet address and network type before sending funds. If you send funds to an incorrect address or use the wrong network (e.g., sending USDT on ERC-20 when a TRC-20 address was provided), the funds may be irretrievable. Always double-check the address, network, and token type before confirming your transaction. If you believe an error occurred, contact our support team immediately with the transaction hash and we will investigate.

A payment receipt and invoice are automatically generated and sent to your registered email address immediately after a successful transaction. You can also access your complete payment history and download invoices at any time by logging into your UMVA account and navigating to the Billing or Order History section. Invoices include a detailed breakdown of charges, payment method used, transaction date, and domain registration details.

Yes. You can update your default payment method for auto-renewals at any time from your account settings. Navigate to the Billing or Payment Methods section in your account dashboard to add, remove, or change your preferred payment method. Auto-renewals can be configured to charge your credit/debit card on file or deduct from your User Balance. Please note that cryptocurrency and bank transfers are not currently supported for automatic recurring payments due to their variable processing times.

The domain price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay, except where applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) are required by local laws. If your country or state requires tax to be collected on domain services, the applicable tax will be clearly shown during checkout before you confirm your payment. UMVA does not charge any additional service fees, processing fees, or hidden charges. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider for international transactions or currency conversion are outside our control and are your responsibility.
