Tate Brothers Arrested in Miami by US Marshals on Rape Charges

The Tate brothers were arrested again on Saturday in Miami by US Marshals in a significant development in the ongoing case against them.

Andrew and Tristan Tate, who are dual British and US citizens, are wanted in the United Kingdom on rape and human trafficking charges.

British prosecutors have decided to seek the extradition of the Tate brothers, with the Crown Prosecution Service announcing additional charges against them.

A warrant was sealed prior to their arrest, which occurred shortly before Andrew was set to cohost a boxing event.

Video shows the moment the Tate brothers were taken into custody by federal agents, with the pair being arrested outside an event space in downtown Miami.

The charges against the Tate brothers are not yet known, but they have faced legal troubles for years, including spending several months in a Romanian prison in early 2023.

In December 2022, Andrew Tate and his brother were apprehended by law enforcement officials in Romania and faced charges related to sex-trafficking allegations of at least six women.

The pair were arrested at their villa, where police surrounded the property and took them into custody on charges of kidnapping, international human trafficking, and rape.
