Brighton Pride Parade Route Confirmed for 2026

Brighton & Hove Pride begins this weekend with a citywide parade followed by a two‑day music festival, drawing thousands of participants and visitors.

The parade launches from Hove Lawns at 11 a.m. and proceeds toward Preston Park, where the main concert program starts around 1 p.m.

From the beachfront, the procession follows King’s Road, turns left onto West Street, then right onto North Street at the clock tower before continuing along London Road to its final destination at Preston Park.

This year’s celebration adopts the theme “the power of love,” honoring the community’s historic struggles, protests, and unity.

Pride on the Park transforms Preston Park into a ticketed festival featuring more than 150 LGBTQ+ performers, with proceeds supporting local community groups.

The event continues a legacy of headline acts that have included international stars such as Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, Grace Jones, and Kylie Minogue.

Saturday’s main stage will host performances by Raye, Jessie J, Self Esteem, Leigh‑Anne, G Flip, Moonchild Sanelly, and a special DJ set from RuPaul.

The dance stage on Saturday includes sets by Purple Disco Machine, Bimini, Daniel Avery, Oxylion & Danger, and Patrick Mason, among others.

Sunday’s main stage lineup features Diana Ross, Five, Holly Johnson, a DJ set by Mel C, and an icon slot performance by Paris Hilton.

The Sunday dance stage will showcase Armand Van Helden, The Blessed Madonna, Girls Don’t Sync, Haai, Hannah Wants, I. Jordan, and additional acts.

The Pride Street Party runs along Marine Parade, offering drag performances, music zones, and daytime club experiences.

Day one of the Street Party begins at 3 p.m. and runs until 11 p.m., featuring artists such as Alex Fincher, Benji James, Baga Chipz, Bimini, Cherry Bomb, Gok Wan, DILF, and Kerry Ellis.

Day two starts at 2 p.m. and concludes around 9 p.m., with performances by Absolute Britney, Cherry Liquor, Davina Sparkles, The Madame, Mary O’Kart, PXSSY PALACE, and others.

Rail services have added extra trains and carriages for the weekend, but Preston Park and London Road stations remain closed, directing visitors to Brighton Station.

Bus routes 270‑273 serve travelers from West Sussex, while routes 28, 29, 12, 12X, and 13X connect visitors from East Essex; shuttle services link Preston Park, Old Steine, Kempt Town, the Pride campsite, and the city centre.

Road closures will affect several streets, parking is unavailable at Preston Park and restricted on Madeira Drive, and city‑centre parking is limited and costly.

The Met Office forecasts clear skies and sunshine, with temperatures reaching 23 °C on Saturday and rising to 26 °C on Sunday.

Organizers encourage attendees to plan travel in advance and to use public transport where possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable celebration.
