Ayala Land's office leasing unit announced that its One Ayala East and West Towers have received LEED Gold certification, covering 74,531 square meters of office space.
The certification confirms compliance with energy‑efficiency, resource‑management, and indoor‑environmental‑quality standards set by the U.S. Green Building Council.
One Ayala South Tower also earned LEED Gold, placing all three towers in the development under the same program.
All three towers further achieved EDGE Zero Carbon certification, demonstrating net‑zero operational carbon through renewable energy use, water conservation, energy efficiency, and carbon insetting initiatives.
Leadership highlighted that the certifications give tenants a workplace that supports sustainability goals while maintaining connectivity, accessibility, and a productive environment.
The firm noted that companies are increasingly seeking offices that align with their environmental commitments in addition to traditional requirements.
Recently, the leasing unit signed a long‑term lease with a workspace provider for a former Teleperformance building and welcomed a digital healthcare provider to its flexible workspace at One Ayala.
Shares of the parent company rose 3.11%, reaching P15.92 each on Monday.
