Homicide detectives have identified a second crime scene linked to the gang‑style killing of a 29‑year‑old truck driver from Brampton.
The victim, Taranpreet Singh Sidhu, was discovered on July 15 in a ditch along the Lake Ontario shoreline near Stoney Creek, partially submerged on rocks at the intersection of Fruitland and North Service Roads, south of the QEW.
Sidhu, who immigrated to Canada from India in 2022, was found unresponsive and officers on the scene quickly determined he was deceased, prompting the involvement of the homicide unit.
Authorities have not disclosed the cause of death, but they assert the murder occurred at a location separate from where his body was found.
