Local Woman, 23, Identified as In-N-Out Employee in Tragic Incident

A mass shooting occurred Saturday evening at an In‑N‑Out restaurant in Twin Falls, Idaho, leaving three people dead and at least five injured.

One of the deceased has been identified as 23‑year‑old Ashley Garibay, an employee originally from Stockton, California.

Authorities confirmed that the other two victims also died at the scene, while several patrons and staff members sustained non‑fatal injuries.

The suspected gunman, identified as 24‑year‑old Chad Williams, died from a self‑inflicted gunshot wound after a confrontation with law enforcement.

Police reported that a civilian bystander, 35‑year‑old Jordan Salinas of Kimberly, Idaho, engaged the shooter with an FN Five‑Seven handgun, firing back and seeking cover.

Chief Matthew Hicks praised Salinas’ actions, stating that the rapid response helped drive the suspect from the premises and prevented additional casualties.

Following the tragedy, Ashley’s mother, Sabrina Garibay, organized a fundraising effort to cover funeral expenses, and the community has expressed condolences for the loss of a young worker and her family.
