What Constitutes Hosting Abuse?
Understanding the types of abuse we investigate and act upon
Spam
Unsolicited bulk email campaigns, comment spam, forum spam, or any form of unwanted electronic messaging sent from or facilitated by our services.
Phishing
Fraudulent websites or emails designed to trick users into disclosing sensitive information such as passwords, credit card numbers, or other personal data.
Malware
Distribution of viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software designed to harm computers, devices, or networks.
DDoS Attacks
Participation in or launching of distributed denial-of-service attacks against other networks or services, including botnet command and control infrastructure.
Copyright Infringement
Unauthorized distribution or hosting of copyrighted material, including pirated software, movies, music, books, or any content protected by intellectual property laws.
Other Abuses
This includes but is not limited to: brute force attacks, SSH/cPanel intrusion attempts, proxy/anonymizer services, illegal content, and any activity that violates our terms of service.
How to Report Abuse

Send all abuse reports to our dedicated abuse team:

Response Time
Our abuse team acknowledges receipt within 24 hours and works to resolve verified abuse cases within 48 hours. Urgent reports are prioritised.

What happens after you submit an abuse report
Receipt & Review
We confirm receipt of your report within 24 hours. Our abuse team reviews the details and verifies the nature of the alleged violation.
Investigation
We investigate the reported activity, gather evidence, and determine whether the activity violates our terms of service or applicable laws.
Action Taken
If the report is verified, we take appropriate action including content removal, account suspension, or termination of services.
Resolution
We notify the reporter of the outcome and provide guidance if further escalation is needed. Most cases are resolved within 48 hours.
