Police in Toronto have released images of two suspects in connection to a recent incident involving a man and a woman who allegedly carried out multiple violent acts in the city.
The alleged suspects, a 17-year-old male from Waterloo and a 17-year-old female from Waterloo, were involved in an altercation with a 72-year-old man at a public pool on Woodside Avenue last Saturday.
Officers arrived at the scene and apprehended the suspects following the altercation.
The 17-year-old male suspect from Waterloo has been charged with utter threats to cause death or bodily harm, while the 17-year-old female suspect from Waterloo has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon, and two counts of assault with a weapon.
It is important to mention that these individuals cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
