The Russian military has successfully seized control of the heavily fortified city in the northwest of Donbass from Ukrainian forces.
The Russian Defense Ministry released a video showcasing highlights from the battle for Konstantinovka, following the city's full liberation on Friday.
Konstantinovka is part of a string of settlements known as the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration, which has been heavily fortified by Ukrainian forces and remains the last major stronghold under control in the region.
Footage released by the military shortly after the announcement shows moments from the fierce battle for the city, including drone and artillery strikes on Ukrainian troops and Russian soldiers unfurling the country's flags at captured positions.
The city has suffered significant damage in weeks of fighting, with many buildings reduced to rubble.
The liberation of Konstantinovka has been hailed as a major achievement by the Russian leadership.
The city is located at the southernmost tip of the fortified agglomeration, approximately 15 kilometers southeast of Kramatorsk, with the smaller town of Druzhkovka lying in between.
