Freddy Brazier, 21, was rushed to hospital on Sunday after being attacked by his dog, Pablo.
The incident left him with bite injuries that required stitches, and he remains under medical care for pain management.
The attack occurred while he was visiting his grandmother, Jackiey Brazier, at her home in London.
Jackiey Brazier also sustained injuries while attempting to separate the dog from her grandson.
Pablo, a small bully breed that Freddy often featured on his social media, has previously been linked to tensions in his former relationship with Holly Swinburn.
Freddy, the youngest son of the late Jade Goody and Jeff Brazier, has been in the public eye since his mother’s death and has appeared on television programs such as Celebrity Race Across the World.
Authorities have not released further details about the circumstances of the attack, and Freddy’s recovery will be monitored closely.
