Author accuses Florida millionaire of prolonged sexual exploitation.

A lawsuit filed in 2026 alleges that a businessman exerted extensive control over a former employee's personal and professional life, including employment, housing, immigration status, and daily routines.

The plaintiff claims the businessman gained control after her visa approval in August 2025, during which he allegedly increased his dominance over her.

She alleges he arranged sexual encounters with other men, at times demanding that the men be Black and that they receive compensation for participation.

The lawsuit states he organized additional sexual activities during vacations, using swinger dating apps and posting photos of her without consent.

The plaintiff says he pressured her to charge other men for sex and suggested she start an OnlyFans account to perform as a sex worker.

She claims she was forced to provide sexual acts for the businessman twice daily and wear degrading bondage attire at home to prove submission.

The lawsuit alleges he drugged her with alcohol, marijuana, nitrous oxide, and other substances during sexual encounters, and used large sex toys while she was intoxicated.

Despite her pleas, the businessman allegedly continued, causing vaginal bleeding and significant pain, and he refused to seek medical attention for her injuries.

The plaintiff also alleges that some encounters involved viewing child abuse and bestiality content on the dark web.

The lawsuit characterizes the businessman’s conduct as a prolonged campaign of abuse, degradation, and psychological torture intended to subjugate, humiliate, and destroy her mental and emotional well‑being.

After the relationship ended in December 2025, the plaintiff was dismissed from the consulting business, leading to the expiration of her employment‑linked visa.

She claims the businessman launched a campaign of harassment, defamation, and stalking to damage her personal and professional reputation.

The lawsuit lists allegations of sex trafficking, forced labor, intentional infliction of emotional distress, cyber‑harassment, stalking, assault, battery, false imprisonment, and defamation.
