Large crowds gathered in Castle Donington in June for the festival.
A recent music festival in north London turned disastrous when at least 23 people were injured in a chaotic crowd crush.
The incident occurred at Ghana Party in the Park, a festival celebrating Ghanaian culture as part of ShattaFest UK.
The event was abruptly cancelled after the crowd surge at around 6pm, with a small fire breaking out by the entrance of the event at Copthall Playing Fields in Barnet.
As the gates reopened, dozens of people rushed into the park, leading to a stampede as some festival-goers tripped over and became trapped under the surge of the crowd.
Footage from the scene showed guards trying to pull people free as revellers continued to push through the crowd, despite megaphone warnings from police officers and organisers to stop.
