At least 13 children at the East Orange YMCA have fallen ill after consuming chocolate laced with a harmful substance. The suspected distributor of the contaminated food has not been identified.

The East Orange Police Department and the East Orange YMCA have refused to comment on the matter, directing inquiries to the newsroom.
