The Belgium national team has continued to mock President Donald Trump after their win over the United States, with players dancing to 'YMCA' in celebration.
During the game, Belgium's players mimicked Trump's infamous dance to 'YMCA' in injury time after Romelu Lukaku scored their fourth goal against the United States.
However, the celebrations continued in the dressing room, where the song was played on the speakers and the players sang along and copied Trump's dance once again.
The official account of the Belgium men's national team also joined in the celebrations, posting pictures of Lukaku with the caption: 'Overturn this.'
In a separate incident, Belgium manager Rudi Garcia revealed that Folarin Balogun, who played against Belgium but failed to find the target, approached him after the game.
'Balogun came to talk to me, I liked that,' Garcia said. 'It's not his fault, he's not the one to blame. I told him that. I appreciate he came to talk to me.'
Trump spoke about the incident at the Oval Office on Monday, calling for Infantino to overturn Balogun's red card.
'I spoke to Gianni, who's highly respected,' Trump said. 'I saw the play and I'm a person that loves sports and was a good athlete, and I understand sports really well, really well, and that wasn't a foul, that wasn't even an infraction.'
Responding to the backlash over the decision to suspend Balogun's ban for a year, Infantino issued a statement reiterating the independence of FIFA's judicial bodies.
'FIFA's judicial bodies are independent,' Infantino said. 'They operate autonomously, apply the FIFA Disciplinary Code, and decide cases based on the applicable regulations and the specific facts before them.'
