Veteran with Triple Amputations Seeks Support After Incarceration for Volunteer Border Wall Work.

Jeff Rainforth, the former photographer and news editor, has launched a fundraiser to support Brian Kolfage, a key figure in the construction of a border wall. This effort follows Rainforth's earlier work in securing Kolfage's release from prison and advocating for a presidential pardon.

Rainforth had planned the fundraiser without initially informing Kolfage, as he had requested not to be the subject of a campaign while in prison. However, after being informed of the fundraiser, Kolfage gave his consent.

A video marking the 7th anniversary of the border wall's construction and America's 250th birthday was created by Rainforth to accompany the fundraiser. The wall has become a significant point of contention in the country's ongoing debate over immigration and border security.
