Alonso Lists 11 Players for Sale, Including £120m Chelsea Star

Chelsea has spent more than £300 million on new signings this summer, with the transfer of Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa for £117 million standing out as the club’s most expensive acquisition.

Other high‑profile purchases include centre‑back Maxence Lacroix for £52 million, right‑back Marco Palestra for £47 million, Geovany Quenda for £40 million, Valentin Barco for £34 million, and Emmanuel Emegha for £21 million.

The substantial spending has prompted the club to consider offloading several squad members in order to reduce its size and manage finances.

Reports indicate that about eleven players could be sold in the coming weeks, with Enzo Fernandez and Pedro Neto among the most notable names on the market.

Fernandez, who was acquired for a then‑Premier League record fee of £107 million, is linked with a move to Real Madrid and could command a transfer fee of around £120 million. Neto, whose potential transfer to Manchester City has been discussed, could fetch roughly £75 million.

Other potential departures include Benoit Badiashile and Axel Disasi, each valued at approximately £30 million, and Trevoh Chalobah, who has agreed to join Serie A side Como for £31 million.

Liam Delap, signed for £30 million last summer and having scored only one league goal, may be sold for a profit. Nicolas Jackson, returning from a loan spell at Bayern Munich, could attract around £65 million.

Emmanuel Emegha, who has yet to appear for the club, could depart for about £20 million, while other squad members such as Marc Guiu and David Datro Fofana could command lower fees.

The transfer window remains active as Chelsea balances the need to streamline its roster with the desire to maintain competitive depth.
