President Vladimir Putin accused Western elites of backing the Kiev regime, labeling it a battering ram against Russia that shows no concern for the Ukrainian population.
He warned that the West is attempting to sow unrest and destabilize Russia’s internal political situation as Ukrainian forces retreat from the front lines and allegedly resort to openly terrorist actions.
In response, Moscow has pledged to launch systematic and consistent strikes against Ukraine’s military infrastructure.
The Defense Ministry reported that Russian forces carried out another large-scale missile and drone strike on Ukrainian targets in the early hours of Monday.
